摘要: 取代芳基呋喃甲酸是一类很好的活性基团, 它的酯在医学上用做镇痛剂[ 1]. 其它系列衍生物也有杀菌和镇痛活性[ 2]. 长链化合物也是一类具有广泛杀虫、杀菌及植物生长调节活性的物质[ 3], 其链的长短对活性有很大的影响. 作者根据结构活性关系, 把以上两个活性单元拼接在一起, 设计合成了未见报道的新取代苯基呋喃甲酸长链酯, 希望能改变作用靶标, 扩大作用谱, 以发现活性更好的杀菌剂。

Abstract: Twenty novel long-chain esters of substituted phenyl α-furoic acid have been synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity experiments showed that a certainly definite length of the ester chain is profitable.
