摘要: 自从发现一些滋补性药用植物如人参、枸杞子等都含有微量锗以来,有机锗化合物的生化效应研究促进了有机锗化合物的合成工作的开展. 具有抗癌活性的有机锗化合物如 Ge-132、螺锗、氨基酸锗等被相继合成,并进行了开发应用

Abstract: The tea polyphenol(TP)germanium has been synthesized by reacting Ge4+ with TP, which is extracted from green tea. Reaction conditions and characterizations were studied by UV and IR spectroscopy. The toxicity tests show that the median lethal dose is 2343?297 mg/kgBW.
