4-芳氧基-4-氧代-1,3,4-二氮磷杂环戊-2-硫酮类化合物的合成及其除草活性

摘要: 前文曾报道含麟脉五员环类化合物的合成,从中筛选出高效除草剂,为进一步研究膦脲类化合物除草活性的构效关系,我们合成了一系列4-芳氧基-4-氧代-1,3,4-二氮磷杂环戊-2-硫酮类化合物Ⅲ,并对该类化合物进行除草活性测定,发现它们具有良好的选择性除草活性.由于化合物I不稳定,易水解,本文将其与酚及其衍生物在缚酸剂作用下反应,合成标题化合物Ⅲ,然后进行除草活性的试验.

Abstract: Phenylthiourea was reacted with trichlorophosphine and aldehydes(ketones) to produce 3-phenyl-4-chloro-4-oxo-1,3,4-diazaphospholidin-2-thione(Ⅰ). The compounds Ⅰ were then reacted with phenols to produce the titled compounds Ⅲ. The structures of compounds Ⅲ were comfirmed by 1H NMR,31P NMR and elemental analysis. The biological tests found that compounds Ⅲ have good selective herbicidal activities.
