摘要: 酰基硫脉在抗真菌、抗结核、抗病毒、除草以及调节植物生长方面具有广泛应用.1,2,3-噻二唑杂环作为有效前体正日益应用于某些抗菌剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂中,德国先灵公司的Thidiazuron便是很好的例证.作者以1,2,3-噻二唑-4一甲酰氯与硫氰酸铵的反应开始,得到相应的酰基异硫氰酸酯,与取代胺反应,共制得了8种未见文献报道的1,2,3-噻二唑-4一甲酰基硫脲衍生物.

Abstract: A series of new 1,2,3-thiadiazol-4-formylthiourea derivatives were synthesizedand their structures were confirmed by means of 1H NMR,IR, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis.The preliminary biological tests showed that these compounds had some activities on plant growth regulation.
