摘要: 在抑制金属腐蚀的方法中,缓蚀剂的应用是最受重视的一种,因为它具有用量少,不需附加设备和不改变金属制品本性等优点.近年来,研究锌在中性介质中腐蚀动力学及寻找高效缓蚀剂有少数报道.本文采用失重法研究锌在盐酸介质中腐蚀的规律及机理,应用Mathur动力学公式求出相应的动力学参数,并找到氯代十六烷基吡咤(CPYCI)作缓蚀剂,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract: The rate of zinc delayed corrosion and the role of cetyl pyridine chloride in the delayed corrosion inhibition of zinc in hydrochloric acid have been investigated by weight iossmethod.The experimental data have been treated with adsorption theory and Mathurmethod which leading to a rate equation, from which the kinetic parameters are calculated.The mechanism and relationship among temperature,concentration and delayed corrosion in-hibition have been discussed.
