摘要: R-四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸甲酯可作为不对称合成试剂[1],它是由L-半胱氨酸甲醋盐酸盐与二硫化碳反应成环得到的.我们曾由R-四氢唾哇-2-硫酮-4-羧酸(TTCA)与乙醇反应在硫酸铁水合物催化下得到R-四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸乙酯,产率为68%.

Abstract: The methyl-,ethyl-,n-propyl-,i-propyl and n-butyl esters of R-thiazolidine-2-thione-4-carboxyic acid were prepared in 72%~98.6%yields by reaction of R-thiazolidine-2-thione-4-carboxylic acid with corresponding alcohols in the presence of SOCl2.
