摘要: 以2-氯(取代)苯并噻唑和α-羟基烃基膦酸二乙酯为原料合成了8个标题化合物,收率为51%~95%,用元素分析,红外,核磁及质谱确定了结构,测定了它们的除草活性,并对结构和活性关系作了初步的讨论。

Abstract: Eight new title compounds 5a-h were synthesized by condensation of 2-chloro-substituted benzothiazole and α-hydroxy alkyl (phenyl)phosphonate in yield of 51%~95%. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis. IR. 1HNMR and MS measurements.and their herbicidal activities were tested.
