间规立构聚丙烯的结晶度研究

On the Crystallinity of Syndiotactic Polypropylene

摘要: Nata等用Ziegler-Nata催化剂首次合成了间规度为~50%间规聚丙烯,并对其进行了表征,指出其具有(TTGG)2螺旋构象,正交晶系,C2221空间群[1,2].近年来用茂金属催化剂合成的间规立构聚丙烯(sPP)的间规度可达93%以上,高间规度的sPP具有极其优良的性能和广泛的应用前景,因而日益引起人们的重视.Marchetti等[3]采用溶液结晶生长方法对sPP的形态进行了研究;Lovinger和Rodriguez-Arnold等[4,5]对sPP的晶体结构,热力学性质及结晶 过程进行了报道.根据X射线衍射强度理论,推导得sPP结晶度的计算公式,并将所得结果 与密度方法及DSC方法结果进行了比较.获得了满意的结果.

Abstract: A formula for calculating the crystallinity of syndiotactic polypropylene samples synthesized by metallocene catalyst with constant syndiotacticity has been derived on the basis of WAXD intensity and the graphic resolution method. The calculated by this formula values have been compared with those obtained by DSC and density measurements. They all give a maximum value at Tc(95℃) of the polymer, while the calculated values are more or less higher.
