摘要: MC是以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)为母体,甲基丙烯酸甲酷(MMA)为支链的接枝共聚物.由于MC主链为饱和链,与MBS(聚丁二烯-g-MMA-苯乙烯接枝共聚物)相比在耐老化性等方面有 较大的改进.由于聚甲基丙烯酸甲醋(PMMA)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)具有较好的相容性,并对PVC有增韧作用,因此MC不仅可作为PVC的增韧剂,还可作为PVC-CPE体系的增容剂. 很大程度改善了FVC与CPE间的相容性,使产物的机械性能大幅度提高,并大大降低增韧剂用量[1].MC的合成方法有多种[1,2].我们采用自由基型水相悬浮聚合体系合成法.考察了反应时间、反应温度、单体浓度及引发剂用量等对体系接枝效率、接枝率、转化率和支链分子量的影响;对接枝共聚物进行了表征.

Abstract: Graft copolymerization of methylmethacrylate on chlorinated polyethylene wascarried out in suspension by initiation with benzoyl peroxide.The reaction conditions andchlorine content of CPE in relation to the graft efficiency, graft degree and conversion ratewere studied.The structures of the graft copolymers were characterized by IR and 1H NMR.
