核/壳结构增韧剂对环氧树脂的抗冲改性

摘要: 核/壳结构增韧剂是用分步乳液聚合技术制造的一种复合乳胶粒子,其核为橡胶,壳为塑料,通过变化合成配方和反应条件可以控制和改变增韧剂的粒径大小和壳层组成[1,2].

Abstract: Toughening of epoxy resin by incorporation of PnBA/PMMA core/shell structure impact modifier was studied.It is found that the impact strength of epoxy resin is substantially enhanced by the addition of impact modifier.For the phthalic anhydride cured system.adding 30 parts of impact modifier to 100 parts of epoxy resin has changed the mode of fracture from brittle to ductile in Izod impact test,and the impact strength has increased by a factor of 30.
