微波干法催化环内酰胺N-烷基化反应

摘要: N-烷基环内酞胺广泛应用于医药和日用化学品中.近年来有关N-烷基环内酞胺的合成有:碱叔丁醇钾一氢化钠催化法,液一液相转移法等.这些方法反应条件苛刻,反应试剂昂贵,后处理繁琐.微波辐射可大大加速有机化学反应.本文报道使用微波辐射,无需溶剂直接催化环内酞胺N-烷基化反应,合成了10种化合物.

Abstract: This paper reports the N-alkylation of α-pyrrolidone or ε-caprolactam with alkylhalide under microwave irradiation by using solid reagents as a supporter.Ten lactam deriva-tives were obtained. The effects of basic supporter,reaction time and microwave power onthe alkvlation were discussed.
