摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出胶体,利用超临界流体干燥技术合成出高比表面,纳米级SnO2超细粉体,用x-射线衍射,透射电镜和比表面及孔分布测试等分析了SnO2的结构,形貌及比表面。

Abstract: The nanometer size SnO2 powder was prepared by the sol-gel chemistry followed by supercritical fluid drying. The XRD,TEM and ASAP have been carried out to analyze the structure,particle size and surface area of the powder.
