Ni-Al2O3太阳光热转换吸收薄膜的制备

摘要:

考察了铝基底表面处理、烧结温度、膜厚度对Ni-Al2O3复合薄膜光吸收性能的影响。结果发现,针对所制备的溶胶,以机械抛光加H3PO4-CrO3溶液处理铝表面,600 ℃烧结温度,以及相对高的溶胶浓度(0.8 mol/L且固定镍摩尔含量80%)可以获得高吸收率的太阳光热转换吸收薄膜。

Abstract:

The effects of aluminum substrate treatment, sintering temperature and film thickness on solar absorptance of the Ni-Al2O3 composite films were investigated. The optimal coating had a nickel mole fraction of 80%, a sol concentration of 0.8 mol/L, and the aluminum substrates treated by H3PO4-CrO3 solution after mechanical polishing. And the film was sintered at 600 ℃. The film prepared by this condition has a good solar absorptance.
