阴极溶出伏安法测定血清中5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)及其电极反应机理

DETERMINATION OF 5-FLOUROURACIL IN SERUM BY CATHODIC STRIPPING VOLTAMMETRY AND MECHANISM OF ELECTRODE REACTION

摘要: 用阳极富集和差分脉冲阴极溶出伏安法测定了血清中5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)含量,用三氯乙酸作沉降剂消除了血清中电活性物质的干扰。研究结果表明,5-Fu可与汞电极阳极极化,产生的Hg(Ⅱ)在电极表面生成难溶化合物Hg-5-Fu,该化合物具有链状大分子结构。

Abstract: The differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry has been employed to determine the concentration of 5-flourouracil (5-Fu) in serum.The interferences of electroactive substanees in serum can be eliminated by trichloroacetic acid. It is shown that 5-Fu can combine with Hg(Ⅱ) generated by anodic polarization forming an insoluble complex on electrode surface, The Hg-5-Fu complex is deemed to be a macromolecule with chain structure.
