超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱法鉴定西洋参果梗化学成分

Identification of Chemical Constituents of American Ginseng Fruit Pedicels by Ultra-performance Liquid Chromatography Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q/TOF-MS)技术对西洋参果梗的化学成分进行快速、全面的定性分析,进而通过UNIFI天然产物解析平台,比对各成分的保留时间、精确相对分子质量及碎片离子等信息,鉴定或初步鉴定了101个化学成分,主要有三萜皂苷74个、甾体5个、有机酸及有机酸酯类11个、糖2个、氨基酸1个、醇酚4个、酰胺2个、烯类2个。 结果表明,西洋参果梗中富含人参皂苷类成分,也应作为皂苷类物质的天然资源。 本研究可为西洋参果梗资源合理开发应用提供理论基础。

Abstract: An ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q/TOF-MS) technology was used to quickly and comprehensively analyze the chemical components of American ginseng fruit pedicels, UNIFI natural product analysis platform was then applied to compare the retention time of each component, accurate molecular mass and fragment ion information. There are 101 chemical components identified or preliminary identified, mainly including 74 triterpene saponins, 5 steroids, 11 organic acids and organic acid esters. The results show that American ginseng fruit pedicels are rich in ginsenosides and should be used as natural resources of saponins. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and application of American ginseng fruit pedicels resources.
