Abstract:

The transparency phosphate glass-ceramics which is doped neodymium is prepared by melting and the technology of crystallization. And it is characterized by DTA,XRD,SEM,fluorescence spectrometer. It indicates that the transparent glass-ceramics whose main crystal phase is Al2SiO5 would be made. The temperature of nuclear generation is at the range from 490℃ to 540 ℃,and the time of treatment is about 1h~2h.Then the temperature of crystallization is at 550℃, and the time of treatment is about 1h~3h..The range of grain size is 90nm.Because of the concentrating of Nd3+ in the crystal phase after the heat treatment, the intensity of the peak which belongs the sample is bigger than the intensity which belongs the host glass at 1056nm in fluorescence spectra.
