Chemical Composition Analysis of Qingre Huadu Pill Based on Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Quadrupole Electrostatic Field Orbit Trap Mass Spectrometery

Abstract:

The chemical composition of Qingrejie Huadu Pill was analysed and identified based on high performance liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole electrostatic field orbit trap mass spectrometry. Use UPLC chromatographic column (2.1 mm×150 mm,2.5 μm), and gradient elution with acetonitrile (A)-0.1% formic acid water (B). The mass spectrometry analysis was performed using an ESI ion source, and the data were collected in positive and negative ion modes. The Xcalibur 4.1 software and the databases such as PubChem, ChemicalBook, and ChemSpider were used to compare the information the reference substance and combine the literature information to analyze the chemical components in Qingre Huadu Pill. A total of 65 chemical constituents were identified, including 5 organic acids, 26 flavonoids, 11 terpenoids, 7 alkaloids, 3 amino acids, 10 anthraquinones, and 3 other compounds. The UPLC-Q Exactive Plus-MS technique can rapidly identify the chemical constituents in the Qingre Huadu Pill with high accuracy, which provides reliable basis for further research on the material basis of pharmacological effects.
