Study on the Solid Solution and Conductive Mechanism of Sb doped CdSnO3 System

Abstract: Sb-doped CdSnO3 solid solution powder was prepared by chemical coprecipitation in accordance with the formula CdSbxSn1-xO3. XRD results indicated the 0<x<0.3. The electric resistance of the samples markedly decreased at first and then increased gradually with the doped Sb content. Samples with x=0.02 and 0.25 showed the lowest value of resistance. The mechanisms of solid solubility and conductivity of the system have been discussed.
