Study on the 1-Aryloxyacetoxy-1-(1H,1,2,4-Triazol-1-yl)-3,3-Dimethyl-2-Butanones

Abstract

Abstract: A series of triazol compounds have been synthesized by reaction of aryloxyaceticacid with 1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1-bromo-3,3-dimethyl-2-butanone in the presence of tri-ethyl amine.The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by IR,¹H NMR, MSand elemental analysis.The biologicaI test showed that some compounds have a high biologi-cal activity to weeds,wheat coleoptile,and some have a fungicidal activity.
