THE EFFECTS OF HYDROOUINONE ON PHOTOCROSSLINKING REACTION OF PHOTO-POLYMER COMPOSED OF 3,4-POLYISOPRENE AND 2,6-BIS (4′-AZIDOBENZAL)CYCLOHEXANONE

Abstract: Analyzing the photochemical reaction products of 3,4-polyisoprene-2,6-bis (4′-azido-benzal) cyclohexanone system containing hydroquinone, it is confirmed that the activedinitrene can be quenched by hydroquinone. Experimental results imply the deficienciesin Зφpoc's statrment that hydroquinone does not affect the photocrosslinking reaction ofphotopolymer composed of 3,4-polyisoprene and 2,6-bis(4′-azidobenzal) cyclohexanone.
