聚醚醚酮醚酮的合成与表征

摘要: 聚醚醚酮(PEEK)自工业化以来[1],由于其优异的性能已在机械、航天等领域得到广泛应用。各种聚芳醚酮类聚合物相继被开发出来。但以亲电缩聚路线制备聚醚醚酮醚酮(PEEKEK)的报道较少[2].本文以二苯醚和4-氟苯甲酰氯为主要反应试剂,采取付氏酰基化反应合成了单体4,4′-双(对氟苯甲酰基)二苯醚(FBDE),并用其与对苯二酚采取亲核取代路线成功地合成了PEEKEK.采用DSC、IR、TGA和WAXD对所合成的PEEKEK进行表征.

Abstract: 4,4'-Bis(fluorobenzoyl)diphenyl ether was prepared and polycondensed with hydroquinone to give a PEEKEK. The polymer has been characterized by IR, DSC, TGA and WAXD methods. It has the same crystal structure as PEEK and also a good thermal stability. The Tg, Tm and thermal decomposition temperatures(weight loss=5%) were found to be 134℃, 315℃ and 510℃, respectively.
