A Study on Extraction of Gold by Liquid Surfactant Membranes

摘要: 液膜技术有选择性好、分离速度快、设备简单等优点,受到各国的高度重视,其应用已由环境保护拓展到湿法冶金、医学解毒、仿生化学等领域[1].当今的采金、提金工艺还沿用传统的 混汞法、氰化法等,造成严重的环境污染.有人提出用离子交换树脂法、硫脲法、萃取法等,但树脂易中毒和氧化,且洗脱难、容量低;硫脲法消耗大、费用高;萃取法受到平衡的限制,需经多次萃取与反萃,造成萃取剂用量大,操作单元多、费用高,因而还需探索更为适宜的生产工艺[2].本文采用液膜法提取金.首先制成一种油包水乳液,外层油膜中含有Au3+的萃取剂(也 称载体),膜内水相中溶有Au3+的反应剂.将此乳液分散于含Au3+的水溶液(外水相)中.外水相中的Au3+被萃取进入油膜,进而被膜内水相中的反应剂反萃,破乳后得到海绵态金.由于液膜很薄,比表面积大,Au3+的迁移必将高效、低耗、选择性强[3].采用空塔结构,压缩空气搅拌,可使设备简化,操作维护方便,有利于实际应用.

Abstract: Various factors that influence Au3+ extraction are studied. These factors include composition of the oil membranes and reactant in the internal phase, separating conditions and de emulsification method. Experimental results show that liquid surfactant membranes are suitable for extraction of gold from its solution of very low concentration (~2×10-6g/L). The extraction efficiency can reach 99% and even more.
