摘要: 溶胶-凝胶工艺是液相法制备超细SiO2粉体的重要方法之一.采用该工艺用硅醇盐[1]或 四氯化硅[2]为原料制备的超细SiO2粉体成本较高.文献[3]以碱性硅溶胶为原料,调节pH值使胶体颗粒聚集,制得了粒径分别为9.5、16和27 nm的SiO2凝胶粉体.本研究以水玻璃为原料,乙酸乙酯为潜伏酸试剂,通过乙酸乙酯水解反应诱发硅酸盐聚合形成溶胶和凝胶制备超细SiO2粉体.并研究了水玻璃在乙酸乙酯作用下形成溶胶-凝胶的过程.

Abstract: Ultrafine silica particles ranging from 10 to 20 nm were prepared by sol-gel method and n-butanol azeotropic distillation from water glass using ethyl acetate as a latene acid reagent. The gelling process of the water glass in the presence of ethyl acetate was studied.
