微分简易示波伏安法测定分子筛中微量钴的研究

Determination of Trac Cobalt in Molecular Sieve by Simple Differential Oscillographic Voltammetry

摘要: 微分简易示波伏安法是一种新的示波分析方法.与经典示波计时电位法相比,具有灵敏度高、去极剂峰高易于测定等优点.本文研究了Co-4(2-毗陡偶氮)间苯二酚钠((PAR)体系的示波特性并探讨了应用微分简易示波伏安法测定微量钻的可能性.试验发现,在0.2 mol/LHAc-0.2 mol/L NaAc-2.5 × 10-5 mol/L PAR底液中,钻离子在if″E曲线的阴极支上电位为 -1.68 V处产生一尖锐峰,其峰高与钻离子浓度在1.5 × 10-7~1.2 × 10-6 mol/L范围内呈线 性关系,检测灵敏度为5.0 × 10-8 mol/L.以此拟定了测定微量钻的新方法.与光度法相比,该法具有简单、快速、无严重干扰等优点.应用于分子筛中微量钻的测定,获得了满意的结果.

Abstract: Trace amount of cobalt in molecular sieve was determined by simple differentialoscillographic voltammtry in Co-PAR system (PAR= 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol).Resultsshowed that in a solution of 0.2 mol/L HAc-0.2 mol/L NaAc-2.5 ?10-5 mol/L PAR (pH=4.7) cobalt was able to cause a sharp incision on the cathodeic branch of the oscillogram at -1.68 V(vs.SCE).The method is simple, rapid and has less interferences than spectropho-tometry.
