液膜法分离钴和镍

Separation of Trace Cobalt and Nickel in Aqueous Solution with Emulsive Liquid Membrane

摘要: 钴、镍的分离一直受到关注,人们先后利用离子交换法[1]、色谱法[2]、萃取法[3]等方法对它们在水溶液中共存时进行了分离.本文利用液膜法将共存的微量钻、镍一步分离开,同时富集了钴离子.利用液膜富集和分离钴、镍,大量工作是针对它们的富集;对其实施分离,报道甚少[4.5],且分离效果不够满意.将EDTA作为掩蔽剂应用于钴、镍的分离,尚未见报道.

Abstract: EDTA was used to complex nickel to make the separation of trace amount of nick-el and cobalt possible by an emulsion liquid membrane containing P507-Span80-liquid paraf-fin-kerosene-HCl.Good results were obtained under conditions: pH = 4.6~5.2, ratio ofemulsion to solution=0.1, and separation time ca.20 min.Separated cobalt and nickel couldbe easily determined by spectrophotometer.Under these conditions the recoveries of cobaltand nickel were more than 95% and 13%, respectively, the coefficient of separation was over130.Membrane phase could be reused repeatedly.Among the coexisting ions, only Ca2+ and Cu2+ affect the separation.
