摘要: 在原子吸收光谱法中, 传统的样品处理方法有灰化法及消化法. 灰化法耗时过长, 消化法要消耗大量酸, 污染严重. 乳化法则比较简便, 在奶粉中加入适量水及乳化剂OP溶液[1], 振动几分钟即可获得稳定的乳浊液, 耗时大约只有灰化法的 1/50, 又无污染。

Abstract: Milk powder was emulsified by emulsifier OP. The iron in it was then determined by FAAS using air-acetylene flame. The results are consistent with those obtained by ashing method.
