维生素B类药物在薄层原位的近红外付立叶变换表面增强拉曼光谱

摘要: 将薄层色谱(TLC)与光密度计联用形成的薄层扫描(TLC-Scan )已成为分离与含量测定联用的重要手段,但TLC与TLC-Scan都无法获得有效分离后各组分化合物的分子结构信息.将TLC与FT-Raman光谱联用可在TLC原位直接获得分离后各组分的光谱,成为一种高灵敏度示踪检测技术,有利于中草药化学成分与农药残留量检测等.

Abstract: The surface-enhanced NIR-FT-Raman spectra of two vitamin B drugs in-situ recorded from thin layer chromatographic(TLC) plate are reported. The in-situ identification of TLC spots from 3 μg-drug reveals similar main spectral feature as that of solid samples. In addition, the sensitivity enhancement has been improved greatly by using silver colloid activated thin layer chromatographic spots.
