含氟聚酰亚胺的合成与表征

摘要: 聚酰亚胺具有较高的玻璃化转变温度,难溶难熔,加工成型性差,且在普通有机溶剂中溶解性差,而含氟聚酰亚胺能溶于多种有机溶剂,具有较好的可加工性,且制品呈浅色或无色.本文由1,3-二胺基-5-三氟甲基苯和含刚性基团的单体二酐,合成可溶性含氟聚酰亚胺.

Abstract: A series of polyimides is prepared using 5-trifluoromethyl-1,3-phenylenediamine with dianhydrides of different structures.Polyamic acids prepared from this diamine are converted to imide films by thermal method.The polyimide films in most cases are ereasable and do not break on the fold line.Most polyimide films are in light color and soluble in m-cresol and DMAc.The polyimides have high glass transition temperature and thermostability.
