SYNTHESIS OF GRAFT COPOLYMER HDPE-g-PB AND ITS BLEND WITH POLY(CIS-1,4-BUTADIENE)

摘要: 利用60Co辐照合成了HDPE与丁二烯的接枝共聚物,PE-g-PB。动态力学试验表明,它与PB较PE与PB有更好的相容性。PB含量相同时PB/PE-g-PB共混物比PB/PE共混物有较高的抗张强度和断裂伸长率。前者中两相分布较均匀,相区尺寸较小。

Abstract: HDPE-g-PB was synthesized by post-radiation polymerization of butadiene onto HDPEfilm. Compatibilization of the incompatible blends of poly(cis-1,4-butadiene)/HDPE wasbrought about by blending HDPE with the graft copolymer HDPE-g-PB. Compatibilizationwas verified by the facts tbat the glass transition temperature of PB in the blend shifted to7-9℃ higher and the transition temperature at 263 K shifted to 6-8 K lower; the tensilestrength and the elongation at break of PB/PE-g-PB was higher than that of PB/HDPEblend at the same ratio of PB/PE; SEM micrograph showed a more homogeneous phase dis-tribution and a smaller phase size in PB/PE-g-PB blend than in PB/HDPE blend.
