摘要:

以山西大学化学实验教学示范中心为对象,系统分析了地方高校化学实验室在设备与化学品管理中的典型问题,并结合国内外高校的先进管理经验,创新性地将全生命周期管理理念应用于实验室管理实践。 通过对“设备、化学品、实验管理人员”3方面的全生命周期管理,显著提升了实验室管理水平,增强了实验安全保障。 研究表明,全生命周期管理模式为地方高校实验室提供了可复制、可推广的管理范式,对我国高校实验室管理水平的提升具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:

This study investigates typical issues in equipment and chemical management within local university chemistry laboratories, taking National Demonstration Center for Experimental Chemistry (Shanxi University) as a case. Drawing on advanced management practices from domestic and international institutions, the center innovatively applies a life-cycle management approach across three focal areas: equipment, chemicals, and laboratory personnel. The implementation of life cycle management has proven effective in enhancing laboratory management standards and ensuring experimental safety. This study offers a replicable and scalable model for laboratory management in local universities, providing valuable insights for advancing laboratory management practices in Chinese higher education institutions.
