摘要:

采用溶剂热法合成了二硒化钼/石墨烯(MoSe2/rGO)复合材料,进一步通过滴涂法制备了二硒化钼/石墨烯/聚乙烯醇(MoSe2/rGO/PVA)薄膜。 通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、激光拉曼光谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)对MoSe2/rGO复合材料和薄膜材料的结构、形貌、成分和吸收特性进行分析。 采用Z-扫描技术,在激光光源为1064和532 nm,脉冲宽度为4 ns条件下,研究了MoSe2/rGO溶液和薄膜的三阶非线性光学(NLO)性质。 结果表明,MoSe2/rGO/PVA薄膜的三阶NLO性质明显高于MoSe2溶液、MoSe2/rGO溶液和MoSe2/PVA薄膜。 在入射能量25 μJ,激发波长532 nm条件下,MoSe2/rGO/PVA薄膜材料显示了更大的非线性吸收系数。 本工作为过渡金属硫族化合物/石墨烯复合材料在光限幅和激光锁模中的应用奠定基础。

Abstract:

Molybdenum diselenide/graphene (MoSe2/rGO) composite was synthesized by a facile solvothermal reaction, and the molybdenum diselenide/graphene/polyvinyl alcohol(MoSe2/rGO/PVA) film was further prepared by simple drop casting technique. The structure, morphology, component and absorption characteristics of MoSe2/rGO composite were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, raman spectra, fourier transform infrared spectrometry, transmission electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectrometer and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. The third order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of MoSe2/rGO solution and film were investigated using the Z-scan technique at 1064 and 532 nm with 4 ns laser pulses. The results demonstrate that the third order NLO properties of MoSe2/rGO/PVA film was larger than that of the MoSe2 solution, MoSe2/rGO solution and MoSe2 film. The MoSe2/rGO/PVA film exhibits much larger nonlinear absorption coefficient with incident energy of 25 μJ at 532 nm. The results pave the way for the application of transition metal dichalcogenides/graphene composite in the optical limiting and laser mode-locking.
