摘要: 氧载体是一类可以可逆吸收分子氧的金属配合物,Tsumaki[1]报道氧载体以来,这方面的 研究已有很大发展[2],但理论研究居多.由于金属腐蚀和瓜果腐烂均与氧分子有关,因此,用氧载体来控制O2浓度或除去O2,将有助于金属防腐和瓜果保鲜技术的开发.

Abstract: The equilibrium constants and oxygenation constants of ethylenediamine Co complex (en Co(Ⅱ)) were determined by potentiometry method. The oxygenation species and their formation conditions have been investigated as well. Two oxygenation species: (Coen3)2O2 and (Coen2)O2(Coen3) found in potentiometry were verified by spectrophotometry and oxygen electrode titration.
