氨基化聚丙烯腈膜的氨基含量和亲水性能

Amino Amount and Hydrophilicity of Aminated Polyacrylonitrile Membranes

摘要: 除了用于纺织领域外, 聚丙烯腈(PAN)作为一种高分子多孔膜的原材料, 也已成为许多学者的研究对象[1, 2]. 表面氨基化改性, 可以改善 PA N 膜的亲水性能, 并可向膜表面引入氨基, 使之能够用作固定化生物酶的载体, 从而使膜功能化[3]. 本文涉及的就是水解之后 PAN膜的直接氨基化问题, 研究氨基含量的影响因素和膜的亲水性能。

Abstract: Surface modification of polyacrylonitrile membranes by direct amination has been studied. The membrane was firstly hydrolyzed with NaOH solution, then treated with 1,6-hexamethyldiamine(HMDA). Amino amount on the membrane has been measured by titration method. It showed that —NH2 amount varied with hydrolyzation conditions and HMDA concentration. Results of water absorption and contact angle showed that the hydrophilicity of aminated membrane was better than that of original PAN membrane.
