电膜法生产木糖醇工艺

Production of Xylitol by Electrical Reduction of Xylose

摘要: 目前生产木糖醇都用高压加氢法[1, 2]. 此法工艺流程长, 对设备要求高, 生产不安全. 应用电膜法生产木糖醇, 至今未见报道. 本文将甘蔗渣或玉米芯酸水解后得到的木糖水解液, 加Na2SO4 后使链状木糖电还原为木糖醇。

Abstract: The cane drosses or corncobs were hydrolytically decomposed to xylose liquid of concentration 50%, which was then electrolytically reduced on the film with current density 5 A/m2 and 25~30 V(dc)in Na2SO4 solution of pH=7. Over 95% xylose were reduced to xylitol. Yield over 8.6%, purity 98 5%.
