摘要: 聚碳硅烷(PCS)是一种有机陶瓷先驱体, 广泛应用于制备陶瓷纤维和复相陶瓷[ 1]. 本文以纳米金属Ni粉为活性填料, 通过功率超声将其加入到聚碳硅烷体系中, 经熔融纺丝制得掺混纳米 Ni 粉的聚碳硅烷纤维, 运用 IR、XRD、TG 等分析手段研究了这种纤维的热裂解过程, 分析了镍在陶瓷纤维内的存在状态。

Abstract: In this paper the pyrolytic process of polycarbosilane mixed with nano nickel particles was studied. This process involves two stages: the transition of organosilicon polymer to inorganic amorphous state and then to crystallite. The dominative form in pyrolytic products is Ni2Si. The addition of nano nickel particles accelerates the growth of β-SiC and the increase of crystallite size.
