摘要: 氮化硼(BN)陶瓷是随着高技术发展而受到关注的一种高性能无机工程陶瓷材料.近年来国外对利用有机聚合物先驱体转化法制备 BN 陶瓷进行了较为广泛的研究.本文利用差热-热重-气相色谱、红外、X 射线衍射等方法对具有可熔和可溶能力的 BN 陶瓷先驱体-聚硼氮烷的热裂解过程进行了研究.

Abstract: The pyrolysis of polyborazinylamine precursors leading to boron nitride(BN)ceramics has been studied by means of DTA-TG-GC,FTIR and XRD.The results show that the pyrolysis starts at 180℃ and the loss of 60% weight mainly occurs under 600℃.N2, NH3 and HCl are given off during pyrolysis and h-BN ceramics are obtained at 1600℃.
