合成乳酸乙酯精馏残液的分析

摘要: 采用乳酸、乙醇直接醋化法,有机溶剂共沸法,合成乳酸乙酯收率较低.我们提出聚乳酸循环醇解合成乳酸乙酯,即先将80%乳酸制成一定聚合度的聚乳酸,消除绝大部分水的影响,然后用乙醇醇解,乳酸乙醋收率为51%~55%.如果将精馏残液循环利用,收率可达84%~88%,如减少残液生成量并将残液循环使用,收率可提高至90%~93%.

Abstract: The distillation residue in the preparation of ethyl lactate was fotind to be a mix-ture of polyethyl lactate and lactides from the IR and EIMS restilts.
