消除夹带溶胀的新液膜操作法

摘要: 消除液膜操作中的夹带溶胀对液膜的工业化具有重要意义.夹带溶胀分为包裹溶胀和再液化溶胀.前者是乳状液滴上浮时将水相夹带到乳状液中,后者则是由搅拌所引起的.本文从水膜和油膜的寿命出发,讨论了夹带溶胀形成的过程,并提出一种易行的消除方法.

Abstract: The life time of oil and water films has been measured using the single dropmethod. A oil phase and surfactant,kerosene,Span-80, and TBP were used. It is foundthat water films are very unstable and easily breakable. The occurance of re- emulsificationand difficuIt occurance of occlusion swelling have been discussed.A microdrop technique isproposed to avoid entrainment swelling in liquid surfactant membrane operation.
