聚甲醛和尼龙12共混物的微观结构与力学性能

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Polyoxymethylene and Polyamide 12 Blends

摘要: 采用SEM、FT-IR、DSC、WAXD等方法对POM/PA12共混物的微观结构进行分析,并测试其力学性能,结果表明,在POM/PA12共混物中,存在着氢键的相互作用.PA12的加入,使POM的熔点下降,共混物的微晶尺寸入L110及晶胞参数有所增大.微晶尺寸L110在10.8714.89nm之间时,PA12对POM具有增韧改性作用.

Abstract: The Microstructures of polyoxymethylene/polyamide 12 blends(POM/PA12)were analyzed by SEM,FT-IR,DSC and WAXD techniques and mechanical property mea-surement.The results showed the existence of hydrogen bonds in the blends. Addition of PA12 caused the decrease of Tm of POM and increases of the crystallite size L110 and the cellparameters of the blend.Crystallite size L110 between 10.87nm and 14.89nm led to an in-creased thoughness of the blends.
