摘要: 前文曾报道2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基(TMHPO)对烯烃单体如甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸和苯乙烯、丙烯腈等的高效阻聚性质。酰氨基硫脲衍生物也对烯烃聚合表现出一定程度的阻聚功效。本文报道1-芳酰基-4[4′-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧)]氨基硫脲化合物((ATSCPO),对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)聚合的阻聚结果。

Abstract: The inhibiting effects of five 1-acyl formyl-4-[4′-(2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl piperidine)]thiosemicarbazides (ATSCPO) on radical polymerization of methyl methaerylate(MMA), initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile have been studied by dilatometric method. The inhibiting effects of the ATSCPO were only one third of that of TMHPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxyl-piperidine-1-oxy) even used in the amount of 9.98×10-3% to the amount of MMA monomer. The effects of ATSCPO on the conversion and rate of polymerization as well as the molecular weight of polymer were briefly discussed.
