悬浮液中制备电解MnO2

摘要: 电解MnO2(EMD)是制造锌锰干电池的基本原料,它的放电性能比较好。在使用金属钛作电解阳极时,为获得性能良好的MnO2和防止金属钛表面钝化,电解电流密度一般在0.6A/dm2以下。为提高电流密度,Misawa等进行了新的溶液体系研究[1]。本工作用化学反应法制备含MnO2微粒的悬浮液作为电解的溶液体系,在高电流密度下制得了性能良好的EMD,且可延长钦电极的使用时间。

Abstract: High quality EMD was prepared from a bath containing suspended MnO2. The method is capable of using current density up to 1.3A/dm2 on titanium electrode with postponded passivation on Ti surface. EMD thus obtained had a specific surface of 79m2/g instead of 34m2/g for that obtained by commom method.
