摘要: 桑蚕的丝素蛋白纤维,主要由甘氨酸、丙氨酸和丝氨酸组成,分子量在105以上。有关丝素蛋白大分子局部(特别是结晶部分)的模拟合成,已有较多的工作[1,2]。但因分子量太低,无法用作材料。从材料角度看,合成的丝素蛋白其氨基酸并不需要有特定的排列顺序、光学和生物活性,而只要求得到分子量接近丝素蛋白的聚氨基酸。

Abstract: High molecular weight poly L-alanine(PL-ALa) was prepared by thermal ring-opening polymerization of L-alanine-N-carboxyl anhydride. The influence of solvent, reaction temperature and monomer concentration on the polymerzation rate and the molecular weight of PL-Ala has been studied. It was found that the rate of polymerization and the molecular weight of PL-Ala have a maximum value at about 70℃ in different reaction systems.
