摘要: 研究了高锰酸钾氧化引发甘蔗髓与甲基丙烯酸甲酯的接枝共聚反应,考察了高锰酸钾浓度、反应温度和时间对接枝反应的影响。发现高锰酸钾可使蔗髓中的木质素达到很高的接枝增量;木质素结构单元中的酚羟基在一定条件下被氧化成醌式结构,对接枝反应起阻聚作用,α-醇羟基对此起促进作用。

Abstract: Graft copolymerization of MMA onto bagasse pith initiated by KMnO4 has been studied.The effects of concentration of KMnO4, reaction temperature and time on grafting havebeen examined. Lignin in bagasse pith gave a bigh graft degree, but it simitaneously showeda certain inhibiting effect on graftin due to the quinoid form of its phenolic groups byoxidation. The α-OH groups in lignin molecule accelerate the graft polymerization.
