摘要: 将ESR自旋捕俘技术应用于氧的瞬时自由基测定,为叶绿素a Ch a光诱导化学行为的研究,提供了更为有力的手段。Harbour和Bolton[1]用自旋捕俘剂DMPO(5,5-Dimethyl-1-pyrroline-N-oxide)首次证明,在光照下叶绿体可产生O2·-

Abstract: The oxygen radicals O2·-/OOH were observed in photochemical reaction of Chlorophyll a in the presence of oxygen.The ESR spectra of DMPO-OOH adduct were recorded directly byusing spin trap technique.The O2·-/OOH radicals were formed from oxygen dissolved inhe solutions studied, independent of the aggregation state of Chlorophyll a.
