药物分子与β-环糊精络合的光谱研究

摘要: 环糊精能在水溶液中包络尺寸合宜的分子至其疏水性的环状腔体中,包络过程被用于增大有机分子的水溶性[1,2],用作酶的模拟[3],用于色谱学[1,4]、荧光光度法[5]和室温磷光法[6]等。β-环糊精(β-CD)是最通用的一种,其内腔直径为0.7nm。

Abstract: The inclusion reactions of procaine, acetanilide and p-acetamidophenol with β-cyclodex-trin have been studied by means of absorption and fluorescence spectrometry and theirstability constants were calculated.Through inclusion, β-cyclodextrin enhances the fluores-cence emission of the drug molecules and, in particular, reduces the hydrolysis ofprocaine in aqueous solution.
