摘要: 氧气传感器被普遍应用于废气控制、钢铁生产、气体检漏等工业过程中。寻找成本低、灵敏度高的氧气传感材料是一项有意义的工作。本文报告某些铋铌氧化物固溶体材料的热电势对氧压的关系,探讨这种原理的应用前景及需要解决的问题。

Abstract: Thermoelectric power of Nb2O5 doped β-Bi2O3 solid sclutions has been measured in air, pure O2, 0.1% NO/O2 and found to have high sensitivity to oxygen partial pressure.The possibility of developing a new type oxygen sensor based on the measurement of thermoelectric power has been discussed.
