丁二烯在稀土催化体系中的本体聚合

摘要: 本工作利用一新型稀土催化剂,在实验室中通过本体聚合成功地合成出了顺式含量高达97%以上,特性粘数[η]在1,0—5,0范围内的无疑胶聚丁二烯.实验结果表明,本体聚合的某些基本规律与溶液聚合的规律一致.所不同的是,本体聚合具有较高的聚合活性,并可得到分子分量分布较窄的聚合物并且具有良好的加工性能.

Abstract: Bulk polymerization technique so far has not been successfully realized for cis-1,4 polybutadiene synthesis. In this research a type of rare earth based catalyst was developed for the synthesis of gel free polybutadicne(PB) with high cis-1,4 content. The results show that the catalyst has a higher activity than in solution polymerization and the molecular weight distribution of PB obtained in bulk polymerization is more narrow than those obtained in solution polymerization. It is also found that when the ratio of Cl/Ln is between 1.0 and 7.0 the conversion of monomer is 70% and more.
