聚丙烯纤维对改性沥青混凝土性能影响分析

摘要:

沥青混凝土道路在长期使用过程中会承受车辆荷载、温度变化和雨水侵蚀等多种因素的作用,出现一些病害问题。为有效增强混凝土的性能,研究了聚丙烯纤维(PPF)对改性沥青混凝土性能影响。 通过预处理等步骤预处理PPF,将处理后的PPF与基质沥青及骨料等材料混合后制备成纤维改性沥青混凝土。 通过马歇尔配合比设计方法分别测试不同基质沥青用量(质量分数)下、不同纤维掺杂量(质量分数)下所制备的沥青混凝土的性能,以此明确基质沥青和纤维用量,设计车辙实验,确定纤维长度对实验样品的影响,实验结果显示基质沥青用量增加,实验样品的体积相对密度和稳定度先升后降,基质沥青用量(质量分数)4%时材料性能最好; PPF 掺杂质量分数3%时提高体积密度和稳定度,但过量会降低性能。 较长聚丙烯纤维降低破坏几率,但过长影响纤维分散性,26 mm纤维长度时沥青混凝土车辙实验结果最佳。

Abstract:

Asphalt concrete roads will be subjected to various factors such as vehicle loads, temperature changes, and rainwater erosion during long-term use, resulting in some disease problems. To effectively enhance the performance of concrete, the influence of polypropylene fibers on the properties of modified asphalt concrete is studied. The polypropylene fiber was pretreated by pretreatment, and the fiber modified asphalt concrete was prepared by mixing the treated polypropylene fiber with matrix asphalt and aggregate. The performance of asphalt concrete prepared with different matrix asphalt dosage and different fiber content was tested by Marcel mix ratio design method to determine the content of matrix asphalt and fiber, and the influence of fiber length on the performance of the asphalt concrete was determined by rut test. The test results showed that the content of matrix asphalt increased. The volume relative density and stability of asphalt concrete first increase and then decrease, and the performance is the best at 4%. The volume density and stability are improved when the content of 3% polypropylene fiber is increased, but the performance is reduced when excessive. The longer polypropylene fiber reduces the damage probability, but the longer polypropylene fiber affects the fiber dispersibility. The asphalt concrete rutting test results are the best when the fiber length is 26 mm.
