摘要:

采用高温固相法制备了La2.4Mo1.6O8:Yb3+,Er3+荧光粉。 通过X射线衍射(XRD)和上转换发射光谱对样品进行了相结构和发光性质表征。 XRD实验结果表明:合成的样品为面心立方萤石结构(Fm-3m)的La2.4Mo1.6O8相。 在980 nm红外光激发下,La2.4Mo1.6O8: Yb3+,Er3+荧光粉发出分别来自Er3+离子的2H11/24I15/24S3/24I15/2跃迁的绿光(主峰为548和529 nm)和4F9/24I15/2跃迁的红光(主峰为670 nm)。 进一步地,对样品中可能的上转换发光机制进行了讨论。

Abstract:

La2.4Mo1.6O8:Yb3+,Er3+ phosphor was prepared by the hightemperature solid state reaction. The phase structures and luminescence properties of La2.4Mo1.6O8:Yb3+,Er3+ phosphors were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and upconversion emission spectra, respectively. The XRD results show that the final sample is La2.4Mo1.6O8 phase with a face centered cubic CaF2 structure. Upon excitation of 980 nm pulsed laser, La2.4Mo1.6O8:Yb3+,Er3+ phosphor emitted the green emission lines and the red emission lines, which are originated from the 2H11/24I15/2, 4S3/24I15/2 and 4F9/24I15/2 transitions of Er3+, respectively. The possible upconversion luminescence mechanism in the sample is further discussed.
