ON PHOTOCHROMISM OF DMF AND DMSO COORDINATED METAL DECATUNGSTATES IN NON-AQUEOUS SOLVENTS

Abstract

Abstract: The photochromism of some DMF and DMSO coordinated metal decatungstates in DMF DMSO, and acetonitrile has been studied through ESR, ¹H NMR, risible spectra and W(Ⅴ) determination. The photochromism is found mainly to be related to the decatungstate W₁₀O₃₂^4-, the ligands coordinated with metal ions and the solvents used.
